Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes. Salon pickup is available within 2–3 hours. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection from our Forest Lake studio.

Are your products suitable for sensitive eyes or skin?

Many of our products are suitable for sensitive clients; however, we always recommend performing a patch test prior to use.

Can I return or exchange this product?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How long does shipping take?

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and express delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
