At QLash Studio, we aim to process and deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping and collection options below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Processing times are separate from delivery timeframes.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.

In-Store Pickup

We offer in-store pickup for your convenience.

⏱ Pickup Timeframe:

  • Orders are typically ready for collection within 2–3 hours after purchase.

  • You will be notified by email or SMS once your order is ready.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Note: In-store pickup is available during business hours only.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: $10 AUD

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

Express Delivery

  • Cost: $12 AUD

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

Delivery Information

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delays may occur due to courier services, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • QLash Studio is not responsible for delays once parcels are with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

  • QLash Studio is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photo evidence where applicable

We will assist you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
